Before we arrive

• Mark or move anything you want to keep, such as photos, paperwork and decorations.
• Tell us about access: fixed ladder, hatch size, lighting and boarding.
• Identify unusual items; paint and gas bottles are excluded and need specialist handling.
• Clear a path on the landing so we can carry items down safely.
• Add the garage or spare room to the same quote if they need clearing too.
