Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. We hold the required waste carrier licence (CBDU027710) and comprehensive insurance for your complete peace of mind.
We are committed to eco-friendly practices. More than 95% of the waste we collect is recycled or reused. We never fly-tip and provide waste transfer notes to demonstrate responsible disposal.
While we recommend that someone is present during collection, it is not always necessary. Please make sure we have safe access to the waste if you will not be home, and add any access instructions during booking.
No problem. If you have more waste than originally selected, we may be able to accommodate it with an adjusted quote. If you have less, we will review the booking fairly. We will always be transparent about any price change before collection.
