Office Clearance

Most office clearances happen under a deadline — a lease end, a move-in date or a fit-out crew arriving on Monday. We plan around that date, agree a loading route and lift access with the building manager, and clear the floor in one operation rather than dribbling items out over a week.

We remove desks, task chairs, pedestals and storage, meeting furniture, demountable partitions and screens, whiteboards, kitchen and breakout furniture, cabling, printers and general IT hardware. Where equipment holds data, we can route it through a certified WEEE and data-destruction partner rather than treating it as general waste.

Serviceable furniture is offered for reuse to charities, community groups and start-ups before anything is recycled — it costs you no more and keeps a large volume of steel and board out of the waste stream. You receive a transfer note for every load and, on request, a summary of what was diverted from landfill.

Buildings with shared lifts, loading bays or restricted access are usually easier to clear outside office hours. Evening and weekend slots are available by arrangement at no premium for booked-in work, and our crews carry the insurance documentation building managers ask for.
