Waste is taken to licensed facilities, with reuse and recycling prioritised where the material and receiving facility allow. Keep the waste transfer note supplied for the collection with your records.

Discuss access with us when the collection is agreed. If you cannot attend, we need clear instructions about what should go, what must stay and how we can safely reach the waste.
