Loft & Attic Clearance

Loft clearances are the job people put off longest: everything is up a ladder, in the dark, and covered in years of dust and insulation fibres. Our crew works methodically through the loft space, bagging contents and passing them down safely, so you never have to balance on the hatch with a suitcase again.

We work around what stays: insulation rolls, boarded floors, tanks, pipes and wiring are left intact and undisturbed. Old water tanks and lagging can be removed if they are redundant, and anything you want kept — family photos, documents, heirlooms — is set aside and handed over before we leave with the rest.

As with every Apex collection, the load goes to a licensed transfer station where over 95 per cent is recycled or recovered, and you receive a waste transfer note as proof of legal disposal.

Lofts are usually emptied ahead of a house sale, a re-insulation or spray-foam job, or simply to find out what is actually up there. Tell us the rough volume — a few suitcases is a mini load, a full loft of boxes and bags is usually a medium or large load — and we will confirm a fixed price from photos before you commit.
