Under the Environmental Protection Act every business is responsible for its waste until it is legally disposed of — including after it leaves your premises. Using an unlicensed carrier is one of the most common ways firms end up facing a fine for fly-tipped waste they never touched. Apex is a registered waste carrier (licence CBDU027710) and supplies transfer notes as standard, so your records stand up to inspection.

We collect shop and warehouse waste, packaging and cardboard, redundant stock, display units and fixtures, canteen and office furniture, pallets and general trade rubbish. Where you need waste segregated for recycling reporting, we can split loads and give you a breakdown of what was recycled.

Collections are booked around your trading hours. Retail units are usually cleared before opening or after closing, warehouses and industrial units during quieter shifts, and hospitality sites early morning. Regular customers get a fixed slot and a single monthly invoice.

Long trade waste contracts often bill for capacity you never use. Because we price by load volume you pay for the space you actually fill — useful for seasonal businesses, refits, stock clearances and firms whose waste comes in bursts rather than weekly.
