House Clearance

Most house clearances fall into one of three jobs: a move where the last 20 per cent of the contents never made it onto the removal lorry, a family clearing a relative's property, or a landlord resetting a house between tenants. All three are handled the same way — we arrive with a two-person crew and a caged tipper or Luton van, work room by room, and load everything you have pointed out.

You do not need to bag anything up, drag furniture to the kerb or book a skip permit. We carry from upstairs, out of lofts, down garden paths and out of outbuildings, dismantling wardrobes and beds where the doorways are tight. Once the van is loaded we sweep the floor so the property is ready for cleaning, photography or a valuation.

Anything reusable is set aside for donation or resale, and everything else is taken to a licensed transfer station where over 95 per cent is recycled or recovered. As a fully licensed waste carrier we are legally responsible for the load from the moment it leaves your door, and you receive the paperwork that proves it.

We price by volume, not by the hour, so the quote you get is the price you pay. A single room of furniture and boxes typically fits a small load, a three-bedroom semi with a loft and garage is usually a large Luton, and part clearances sit somewhere in between.
