Describe each item and how many there are. A photo of a sofa, wardrobe or bed helps us assess its size; a second photo of a narrow doorway or staircase helps us understand the carry route.
There are no preset collection packages or online payments. We review the enquiry, explain the collection arrangements and confirm a quote before any work begins.
One item or a few, collected properly
The council bulky collection can take weeks and leaves the item on the kerb for the neighbourhood to admire. We collect on a day that suits you, from inside the property — upstairs bedroom, back garden, garage — and we do the carrying. Wardrobes are dismantled if the staircase is tight, and nothing is dragged across your floors.
Waste is taken to licensed facilities. Reuse and recycling are prioritised where suitable; identify appliances, mattresses and upholstered furniture so disposal requirements can be assessed. A waste transfer note is provided for your records.
