Wrexham recycling centre or a collection: which should you use?

A collection removes waste that is ready to go, with carrying and loading handled by our team. A skip may suit waste generated over several days. Either option needs lawful access; check placement and loading requirements before agreeing the work.

What to check before going to the tip

• Opening times and any booking rules on Wrexham County Borough Council's website.
• Whether you need a permit to arrive in a van or with a trailer.
• That your waste is household waste; business waste cannot go through a household recycling centre.
• How many trips you will need for bulky items like sofas, wardrobes or mattresses.

When a collection makes more sense

Every job is assessed individually. Describe the amount and type of waste and the access route, with optional photos. Apex reviews the enquiry and responds with a free quote before collection arrangements are agreed.
